CoQ10 or Coenzyme Q10 is found in the membranes of lysosomes, vesicles, and notably in the inner membrane of the mitochondria of the human cells.
CoQ10 is an essential element for production of ATP, which is considered as reinforcement and antioxidant element for human cells.

Too much active oxygen may cause cancers, heart disease, stroke and it is one of the main causes of aging.
CoQ10 has been found as a strong anti-oxidization element, and also help the same effects of other vitamins in the body.
