  1. What is Vitamin-E ?

Vitamin E is lipo-soluble, existing in 8 different forms. The most popular one is alpha tocopherol vitamin E. Vitamin E in liquid form is odorless yellow and sticky fluid. It works as anti-oxidization element in the human body diminishing harmful active oxygen and lipid peroxide.
Deficiency of vitamin E in our bodies may cause problems in reproductive function, anemia, muscle atrophy and hemolysis of red blood cells. Vitamin E is less toxic than other lipo-soluble vitamins, which means less probability of over dose problems.

Vitamin E prevents oxidization of unsaturated fatty acids, protecting human cells against damage by oxidization. Due to its anti-oxidization property, vitamin E is often added in the fatty food processing in order to protect vitamin A, C and unsaturated fatty acids.
